Three ways to send it
Each one needs their own name and their own company in it, and none of them should be able to tell it went to 399 other people. There are three ways to do that, and here is what each one costs you.
01 By hand
Copy, paste, swap the name, check you actually swapped it, send. By lunch you are on number ninety and one of them opens “Hi Sam” to a woman called Dana.
× Costs you the day, mistakes included
02 A bulk email platform
Export, upload, map the columns, learn the builder. Now you keep two copies of one list, and it arrives from a domain nobody recognizes, filed under Promotions.
× A second tool to keep in sync
03
GMass adds one button to Gmail. Point it at the Google Sheet you already keep, write the email once with merge tags, and press GMass instead of Send. It goes from your own address and replies come back to your inbox.
✓ One list, one inbox, about ten minutes
How it works
No import wizard, no campaign builder, no second login. Here is the whole thing.
Hi {FirstName},
I saw {Company} is hiring across the sales team. We help teams like yours send personalized outreach without leaving Gmail.
2Click the sheets icon and choose your spreadsheet. Every column becomes a merge field on its own, so there is nothing to map or upload.
Drop in any column as a tag. Add fallback text so nobody ever opens an email with a gap where their name should be.
It goes out from your own address with follow-ups scheduled and tracking on if you want it. Replies come back to your normal inbox.
No credit card required.
Features
GMass reads your sheet directly rather than copying it, so it stays tied to the data you already maintain. Edit a row five minutes before you send and the change goes out with it.
Schedule a sequence and it chases only the people who have not answered. The moment somebody replies, their follow-ups stop on their own.
A personal Gmail account stops at 500 a day and Workspace at 2,000. When a campaign needs more than that, GMass routes the overflow through its own SMTP so the send finishes instead of halting halfway through your list.
Reporting that filters out machine opens, so the numbers reflect people rather than security scanners. Results land in Gmail and in a Google Sheet.
Replies arrive in your normal inbox on the original thread, because the message really was sent from your account. Nothing routes through a domain your recipients will not recognize.

Why GMass
Most platforms ask you to leave your inbox, rebuild your list somewhere else and learn a new interface before the first email goes out.
| A standalone platform | GMass | |
|---|---|---|
| Your list | Export, upload, re-import when it changes | Reads your Google Sheet live |
| Before the first send | Account, domain auth, import, template | Install, then open Compose |
| Sends from | A shared or dedicated sending domain | Your own Gmail address |
| Replies land in | A separate inbox you have to check | Your normal Gmail inbox |
| What you have to learn | A new interface | Nothing, it is Gmail |

Questions
Deliverability is shared between the tool and the sender. On our side you get SPF monitoring, an SSL tracking domain, Spam Solver and personalized To lines. On yours it comes down to list quality, domain reputation and what you actually write. Sending from your own Gmail address rather than a shared sending domain works in your favour from the start.
Most people send their first merge within a few minutes, because the interface is the Gmail compose window you already know. Reviewers do tell us it takes a few days to feel fully fluent with merge tags, Sheets and scheduling. Their advice is also ours: put yourself in the sheet and send a test first.
A personal Gmail account allows 500 a day and Google Workspace allows 2,000. GMass sends inside those limits by default, and when a campaign needs more it routes the rest through its own SMTP so the send completes.
No. GMass reads straight from Google Sheets, so the sheet you already keep is the list. Rows become recipients and columns become merge fields. A CSV or Excel upload works too if you prefer it.
The reply arrives in your normal Gmail inbox on the same thread, because the message was sent from your account. Follow-ups stop automatically for anyone who has answered.
GMass connects through Google’s own OAuth screen, so you approve the access yourself and can revoke it from your Google account at any moment. It needs permission to send on your behalf and to read campaign replies and bounces, which is how follow-ups know to stop. It is listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace, which means it has been through Google’s security review.
GMass adds an unsubscribe link automatically and keeps the opt-out list for you, so anyone who unsubscribes is excluded from every future campaign without you having to track it. Bounces and complaints are recorded the same way. Sending from your own verified domain rather than a shared one also helps you stay compliant.
Installing and sending your first campaigns is free, with no card required. Paid plans add higher volume, sequences and the advanced features. You can see the full breakdown on the pricing page.
GMass is a Chrome extension, so it needs Chrome on a desktop or laptop. It works with personal Gmail accounts and with Google Workspace.
Install the extension, open Compose, pick your sheet. That is the whole process.
